STANDARD MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACTS

Preventative maintenance would be carried out on all equipment covered. We normally recommend 2 visits per year. Any equipment breakdowns would be charged for at special contract rates. An invoice would be raised at the start of the contract to cover the preventative maintenance visits. Invoices for equipment breakdown visits would be raised following each completed repair. Spare parts would be invoiced on a cost basis.

LABOUR INCLUSIVE CONTRACTS

Labour Inclusive contracts are based on the above, but with the costs of equipment breakdown visits covered in the contract charge invoiced at the start of the contract. Parts would be charged on an 'as used' basis.
