Our Service Agreements Include:

Standard Maintenance

Covers the cost of Annual Servicing only where there will be an agreed number of visits per annum. Gas Safety Inspections on Gas equipment can be carried out and / or Preventative Maintenance Assessments covering all equipment can be carried out on a yearly or bi-annual rota.

Any parts, breakdown calls or emergency service required between service visits will remain chargeable at our standard rates.

Labour Inclusive

The Labour Inclusive Service Agreement price includes the cost of all call-outs, labour, service and repair over the length of the contract. However, this option does not include the cost of parts or any Emergency Call Outs.

This option allows you to forecast the requirements for your equipment over the length of the contract through budgetary control.
