New Catering and Refrigeration Equipment

KCS do not sell online or over the phone, whilst they can offer good advice on suitability of equipment they would check site for access and services to suit equipment. We have a stock of New Equipment that can, subject to workload, be delivered and installed same day. 

We take delivery of Equipment, check it for damage, deliver to site on our own transport and remove packaging and Old Equipment. 

KCS will Install Equipment, Test and Commission and carry out elementary Staff Training and supply all relevant Certifications relating to Installation. 

Taking Delivery of Equipment

KCS will take delivery, unpack and check all new Equipment before delivering to site on its own transport. All packaging will be disposed of legally and responsibly.

After checking new equipment it will be taken to site on our own Transport with enough labour to get it into your Kitchen, not dropped off in your Car park. 

Installation

The delivery will be met with our qualified Engineers who will have disconnected the old unit and be ready to Install the replacement.

Commissioning

All Equipment will be Commissioned and relevant Paperwork issued to Client along with any O&M's. Hard copies will be left on site and if requested digital copies.

Staff training

KCS will give Staff Training on new equipment or organise specialist training from the Manufacture once Installed.

Non-Service Agreement Customers

Payment card details will be required for any non service agreement customer call outs - so please also have your payment details ready
